Centaur HSL 12×40 is a bituminous granular activated carbon produced according to the patented technology. It is used to reduce a content of hydrogen sulfide in domestic, commercial and industrial water treatment.
Centaur 12×40 corresponds to the EN12915 standards, possesses the KIWA ATA Certificate and is approved by the UK Drinking Water Inspectorate.
KEY FEATURES
- Excellent catalytic properties – acceleration of chemical reactions
- High adsorption capacity – not only the outer layer is activated, but the whole bead
- Stable high quality provided by the production technology and uniformity of beads
- High mechanical resistance provides effective regeneration
- Capability to fast wetting and absence of floating particles provided by the agglomerated structure of the carbon

How it works
Centaur is a combination of fine pore structure for enhanced adsorption of trace contaminants and high catalytic activity for their elimination.
High mechanical resistance provides effective backwash regeneration
